10 Step Process To Being Published Step 1: Choose a Book Package Decide which Book Package you want: Photographer's Showcase B&W Series Art Catalog Artist Special Step 2: FAQ Please read the Frequently Asked Questions page. Step 3 Project Questionnaire Fill out and submit the Project Questionnaire. Step 4: Final Project Cost Estimate We will email you a final cost estimate that includes shipping charges. Step 5: First Payment If you accept the terms of the final Project Cost Estimate, we will send you a link to our Terms of Service page.  Payment for half of the project cost is due at this point.  Once payment has been received your Book Project will go into production. Our Refund Policy is here. Step 6: Submitting Your Images We will provide a shipping address for you to send your photos or slides.  Please pack securely and send insured. (Do not send original art unless prior arrangements have been made.) If submitting digital images, we will provide you with a link to our secure FTP. Our image format requirements can be found here. Step 7: Book Production During Book Production we assemble your images, create the book layout, design the cover, copy edit text, and obtain your ISBN number.  Step 8: PDF Proof Once your Book Production is complete, we will submit a final PDF proof of your book.  Once approved, the high-res digital files are submitted to the printer. Step 9: Final Payment Payment for the remaining half of the Book Project must be made before your book can be sent to the printer.  The Printer does not offer refunds so the Book Project is final at this point.  Step 10: Books! The books are printed, bound, and shipped directly to the address you provide. .
