Image Format Requirements
	Traditional artwork: We prefer to work with slides and photographs of your work.  High resolution scanning is included in the package price of our books.  Remember that the images in your book are only as good as the images you supply us.  We've found that most working artists keep high quality slides of their work so quality should not be an issue. We can also work with digital files so long as they are in an uncompressed format: .psd, .tif, etc.  We cannot work from compressed .jpg files because the quality is not high enough.  Digital files must be a minimum of 300 DPI resolution. We can work with original art, depending on the artworks' size.  Shipping originals is expensive because of packing and insurance costs so there is an additional fee added to the package price.  Contact us for details. Digital artwork: Images can be submitted in any uncompressed format.  Digital files must be a minimum of 300 DPI, but we prefer 600 DPI resolution.  All color artwork uses CMYK color space.  Photography: Submit images as slides, prints or digital images.  Digital images must be uncompressed with a minimum of 300 DPI.
