Refund Policy:
	Refunds are based on the amount of work that has already been completed.  For example, a refund will be larger if it's requested before time is spent scanning images, preparing layouts, copy editing text, or doing cover design.  Enchanted iMages Publishing is a service, not a product. While we work hard to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied, scanning, layout, copyediting and book design are time consuming services.  Once the book goes to the printer, the project becomes non-refundable.
